BATCH 01

HOPS: CHINOOK + EL DORADO + MOSAIC / MALT: 2 ROW, PALE ALE, FLAKED WHEAT / YEAST: SAFALE-05 / AVAILABILITY: SOLD OUT

Our first rendition, and a pairing of three strong, high oil content hops, that usually aren't seen together. Brewed with a neutral American Ale yeast strain, and a malt bill made up of 30% flaked wheat, this IPA was softened to allow for these hop oils to shine. Flavor indicators include tropical fruit, pine, and pineapple. Aromatics include pear, grapefruit, watermelon, stone fruit, blueberry, tangerine, papaya, rose, blossoms, grass, and candy.

HOPS: HALLERTAU BLANC + HUELL MELON + EL DORADO / MALT: 2 ROW, PALE ALE, FLAKED OATS / YEAST: GIGAYEAST GY054 / AVAILABILITY: SOLD OUT

Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon were bred and are grown in Germany, and were designed to lend the aromatic characteristics that we've all come to enjoy in hop forward, American beer. Aromatic descriptors include distinctive honeydew melon, strawberry, tropical fruit, pear, stone fruit, watermelon, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, grape and lemongrass overtones.

HOPS: SIMCOE CRYO, EKUANOT / MALT: 2 ROW, PALE ALE, FLAKED OATS / YEAST: MIXED FERMENTATION / AVAILABILITY: SOLD OUT

The highest perceived bitterness beer we've made to date. Designed as a west coast style IPA to lend the dryness and dankness that's provided by these hops. Aromatic descriptors include citrus, pine, melon, berry, orange peel, lime, papaya, and fresh peppers.

HOPS: AZACCA, DENALI, EL DORADO / MALT: 2 ROW, PALE ALE, MALTED OATS, MALTED WHEAT / YEAST: GIGAYEAST GY054 / AVAILABILITY: COMING SOON

Pineappe-ly, pineapples. Designed as a pillowy New England Style IPA, this beer will showcase the pineapple, tropical fruit notes of these three, fantastic, oily hops. Aromatic indicators include pineapple, mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, spice, citrus, tropical fruit.
