Better Together, Espresso Cookie Pastry Stout (8%)
A collaboration to celebrate community. We teamed up with our friends at Dovetail Cafe, Almanac Coffee, and Duluth Folk School, to make a beer that imparts each of our passion projects. A pastry stout made with Almanac Espresso, and a myriad of ingredients to help us recreate Dovetails’ favorited brown butter chocolate chip cookie. Smooth, decadent, and all kinds of warming.
Pie In The Sky, West Coast IPA (6%)
A collaboration for pizza. We teamed up with our friends down at Fire & Nice Taphouse, who specialize in slices of pie alongside an array of tasty craft beers. We designed the perfect pizza pairing, a West Coast IPA hopped with Columbus Cryo, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe hops. Dry, dank, with refreshing aromatics of pine, berries, and citrus peel. Perfect next to a slice of your favorite Fire & Nice pie.
Wave Dimension, Tropical Hazy IPA (7.5%)
A collaboration with Nouvelle Brewing to push the outer limits of what beer can be. Utilizing innovative hops, terpenes, and an aggressive charge of coconut, this beer takes tropical aromatics to the furthest dimension. Expect notes of ripe pineapple, juicy mango, and coconut milk.
Between Worlds, Cold IPA (5.5%)
A crispy collaboration with Vertical Malt and Lupulin Brewing, bringing the drinkable nature of lager beer into the world of hoppy beer. Brewed with all Vertical Synergy Pale Malt, Crosby Farms Comet and Idaho 7 hops. This beer is crushable, balanced, and filled with aromatics of pineapple, pine, orange blossom.
