House pilsner beer, made with German malts, Czech Saaz hops, and organic lager yeast. Double step mash, sounded fermentation for natural carbonation, and lagered cold. Crisp, floral, traditional.

2 - COFFEECAKE, BLONDE ALE

ABV: 5% / IBU: 18 / Malts: 2 Row, Victory, Carafoam

Our house blonde ale, made with coffee, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon. Reminiscent of slicing into a piece of your favorite morning coffee cake with a cup of medium roast coffee alongside it.

3 - DUE NORTH, ADVENTURE LAGER

ABV: 5% / IBU: 18 / Malts: Pilsner, Carafaoam

Brewed with a complex blend of American malts, Czech Saaz hops, and fermented cold using our house lager yeast. Due North provides equal parts crushability and complexity, with subtle floral and grassy aromatics.

4 - SUNGLO, TROPICAL TART

ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 20 / Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats

Brewed with mango, pineapple, lime, and coconut - let this tropical tart ale take you some place warm. Lightly acidity, with a juicy and tropical medley for fruits, and a soft candy quality from the coconut.

5 - PINE LINE, WEST COAST IPA

ABV: 7.1% / IBU: 65 / Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Chinook / Malts: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Carafoam

House West Coast IPA recipe, with some modern advancements made to push hop character throughout the beer. Big aromatics of pine needles and orange blossom with assertive bitterness for balance.

6 - TRAIL TOWN, NORTHWOODS IPA

ABV: 6.8%/ IBU: 70 / HOPS: COLUMBUS, SIMCOE, MOSAIC, CENTENNIAL, IDAHO 7 MALT: 2 ROW, PALE ALE, CARAMUNICH, CARAFA 3 SPEICAL

Trail Town is perfectly suited for time on the trail. Bitter, clear, cold, and crisp, with notes of dank pint and citrus.

7 - LAKEFELLOW, JUICY IPA

ABV: 6% / IBU: 50 / Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cashmere Cryo, Sabro Cryo / Malts: 2 Row, Pilsner, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Carafoam

Fermented with kolsch yeast for a soft juicy profile, followed by careful additions of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Cashmere Cryo. Tropical, with subtle notes of tangerine and sauv blanc grapes, for a complex, crushable little IPA.

8 - COMFORT IN THE FOG, NEW ENGLAND IPA

The return of a foggy friend, an escape to something obscure. Double dry hopped with Sultana, Nelson, Citra Cryo, and Sabro, driving big aromatics of sauv blanc, tangerine peels, and mango candies.

9 - LOST 40, NEW ENGLAND IPA

One of our all-time favorite hazy IPAs is back. Made with hand selected Citra, Mosaic, Nelson, and Amarillo Cryo. Juicy aromatics of orange julius and tangerine peel.

10 - A GREAT NORTHERN WIND, BARREL AGE STOUT

A Willet Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout beer designed for the unpredictable seasons of North Country Minnesota. Brewed with our favorite blend of stout malts, bringing notes ranging from light caramel, to dark chocolate, to bonfire smoke. Rich, decadent, and warming, and free of any adjuncts.

11 - IT’S A VIBE, COCONUT STOUT

The summer stout returns. Toasted coconut and real vanilla layered over a smooth, roasty base. Dessert vibes, session-friendly finish.
