2 - COFFEECAKE, BLONDE ALE‍ ‍

Our house blonde ale, made with coffee, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon. Reminiscent of slicing into a piece of your favorite morning coffee cake with a cup of medium roast coffee alongside it.

3 - DUE NORTH, ADVENTURE LAGER

ABV: 5% / IBU: 18 / Malts: Pilsner, Carafaoam

Brewed with a complex blend of American malts, Czech Saaz hops, and fermented cold using our house lager yeast. Due North provides equal parts crushability and complexity, with subtle floral and grassy aromatics.

4 - AS OLD AS TIME, VIENNA LAGER‍ ‍

ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 25 / Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Carafa 3 Special

This lager rides the good line between tradition and innovation. Utilizing all German malts, Czech Saaz hops, and Augesteiner lager yeast. Expect notes of warm bread, warming malt character, while still being absolutely crushabie.

5 - SAVING DAYLIGHT, HEFEWEIZEN

ABV: 5.6% / IBU: 12 / Hops: Hallertau Mittlefruh / Malts: German Wheat, German Pilsner, Munich

A classic German hefeweizen brewed with German wheat and pilsner malts, Hallertau hops, and a traditional weizen yeast, with a water profile built to match Munich's. Hazy, soft, and lightly spiced with notes of banana and clove.

6 - VIBRANCE IN COLOR, BLUEBERRY TART

ABV: 6% / IBU: 25 / Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Wheat, Unmalted Wheat

Few things shine brighter. Designed with an unreasonable amount of blueberry puree, blueberry rooibos tea, and hibiscus. Juicy, tart, full of fruit character and a refreshing acidity.

7 - PINE LINE, WEST COAST IPA

ABV: 7.1% / IBU: 65 / Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Chinook / Malts: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Carafoam

House West Coast IPA recipe, with some modern advancements made to push hop character throughout the beer. Big aromatics of pine needles and orange blossom with assertive bitterness for balance.

8 - LAKEFELLOW, JUICY IPA

ABV: 6% / IBU: 50 / Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cashmere Cryo, Sabro Cryo / Malts: 2 Row, Pilsner, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Carafoam

Fermented with kolsch yeast for a soft juicy profile, followed by careful additions of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Cashmere Cryo. Tropical, with subtle notes of tangerine and sauv blanc grapes, for a complex, crushable little IPA.

9 - LOST 40, NEW ENGLAND IPA

One of our all-time favorite hazy IPAs is back. Made with hand selected Citra, Mosaic, Nelson, and Amarillo Cryo. Juicy aromatics of orange julius and tangerine peel.

We toasted coconut, toasted cacao nibs, and vanilla beans taking this beer exactly where we needed it to go. The end result is a complex beer made simply, with decadent notes of warming whiskey, cocoa, and coconut candies.
