North Of Schwarz, Oak Black Lager (5.4%)
Our take on the traditional German Schwarzbier, which translates to “black beer”. A light-bodied, easy-drinking dark lager with smooth chocolate roastiness, a bit of caramel character and a subtle note of oak.
Season Change, Oktoberfest (6.2%)
The season of Oktoberfest is here. Made with all German malts, Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, and our house lager strain. Crisp, warming, slightly malty and roasty, perfect for any Fall related occasion.
From The West, With Love - Hoppy Pilsner (5%)
Every so often we get our hands on a new hop that just blows our minds. Able to stand alone, offering so much complexity, you can't help but use it as a single hop project. Estate grown Comet from our friends at Crosby Farms in Oregon is just that hop. Aromatics of melon and cantaloupe coupled with some classic notes of sweet citrus and floral bouquet.
Zero Day, Light American Lager (4.3%)
Summer calls for lager beer. Low alcohol with slight complexities, asking you to take another sip. Reintroducing our Light American Lager, Zero Day, made with American pilsner and flaked maize, Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, and fermented with our house lager strain.
Something Simple, Pilsner Beer (4.8%)
An effort to let things lie as they have always been. A celebration to those who founded the timeless pilsner beer.
