The ingredients used in this rehydrating beverage were inspired by our experiences in Northern Minnesota’s winter cold and the countless hours of sauna time spent after. Aromatics of fresh spruce and awakening spices fill the air, with a thirst quenching tart lemon finish. Sauna Water is produced by Portage Brewing Company in collaboration with Cedar & Stone Nordic Sauna.

How We Make Sauna Water
“While winter camping, we used foraged spruce tips and dehydrated fruit to brew warming teas. We brought that inspiration into the brewhouse, utilizing blue spruce tips, cardamom, juniper berries, all-spice, and lemon, to deliver an awakening beverage perfectly suited for any outdoor adventure Minnesota throws your way.”
